These rules apply to everyone who searches, lists or works as an agent on this site.

Listings

Only list property you own or are authorised to market. Prices, photos and details must be accurate and kept up to date. Listings may be reviewed before they go live and can be removed if they break these rules.

Plans and featured boosts

Listing plans and featured boosts are paid by card through Stripe and run for the number of days shown when you buy them. When a plan ends the listing is hidden until it is renewed.

Agents

Agents must hold any licence their area requires and answer enquiries in a reasonable time. Agent profiles may be reviewed before they are shown.

Estimates

Estimated values are automated or provided by the site and are not appraisals. Do not rely on them to make a decision.

Conduct

No spam, fraud, discrimination or harassment. Use the Report button; staff may remove listings, reviews or accounts.
